Casualty rescued from road traffic collision

On 22nd August at 12.40pm, East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service responded to a road traffic collision, where a person was trapped in a car that had overturned, at the junction of the B2101 and A267, Rotherfield.

Crews from Crowborough and Wadhurst responded to the incident, which involved two cars,  and used hydraulic equipment to release the female casualty.

Firefighters used Environmental Agency equipment to clean up the fuel spillage.
